TAISYKLĖS
AKTUALIAUSIA INFORMACIJA
Atvykimo laikas nuo 15 val. Išvykimo laikas iki 11 val.
Rezervacija gali būti atlikta tik suaugusių asmenų. Vaikai taip pat yra laukiami svečiai, jeigu jie atvyksta kartu su suaugusiu asmeniu.
Poilsiautojams neišbuvus numatyto (sutarto) nuomos laiko, rezervacijos mokestis nėra grąžinamas.
Svečių skaičius negali viršyti 2 suaugusių asmenų. Atvykus didesniam kiekiui asmenų ar atsivežus gyvūnų, viešnagė gali būti nutraukta, o pinigai užsumokėtą rezervaciją grąžinami nebus.
GYVENAMAJAME NAME POILSIAUTOJAI GALI NAUDOTIS:
Miegamojo zona: karališko dydžio miegamojo lova, kartu su didžiule palange-langu ant kurios galima sėdėti, gulėti, skaityti.
Virtuvės zona: baro stalas su kėdėmis, kaitlentė, mikrobanginė krosnelė su grill funkcija, šaldytuvas, kavos aparatas (kava įskaičiuota į nakvynės kainą), arbata, virdulys, lėkštės, bliudeliai, keptuvė, puodai, įrankiai, puodeliai, stiklinės, taurės (vyno bei šampano).
Vonios kambarys: šildomos grindys, elektrinis gyvatukas, stovimas dušas, praustuvas, WC, rankšluosčiai, plaukų džiovintuvas, muilas, dušo želė, aromatinės žvakės.
Svetainė: sofa lova, televizorius (smart-tv) su Chromecast bei AirPlay.
Patogumai: oro kondicionierius-šilumos siurblys, rekuperatorius, krosnelė-židinys (*malkos įskaičiuotos į nakvynės kainą).
NAMUKO TERITORIJOJE POILSIAUTOJAI GALI NAUDOTIS:
Terasa su lauko baldais.
Ofūro vonia (*briketai įskaičiuoti į nakvynės kainą).
Dideliu išskleidžiamu skėčiu nuo lietaus, sniego ir saulės.
Katamarano tinklu, ištemptu trijų metrų aukštyje.
Griliumi su ketaus grotelėmis, grill įrankiais (*malkos įskaičiuotos įnakvynės kainą).
Vaikščioti po teritoriją.
REZERVACIJOS ATLIKIMO TAISYKLĖS
Apmokėjus rezervaciją, Jūs patvirtinate, kad esate pilnametis/-ė,susipažinote ir sutinkate su mūsų vidaus tvarkos taisyklėmis. Neatlikus mokėjimo ir nepatvirtinus susipažinimo su taisyklėmis, rezervacija negali būti atlikta.
Paslauga teikiama tiek fiziniams asmenims, tiek juridiniams asmenims. Įvykus klaidai rezervavimo sistemoje, dėl kurios paslauga būtų negalima ar jos kaina būtų nepagrįstai žema arba aukšta, rezervacija bus atšaukta, o sumokėti pinigai grąžinti.
Rezervuojant Jūs sutinkate, kad Jūsų asmens duomenys bus naudojami rezervavimo procedūrai įvykdyti (pagal 1997-09-28 sutarties dėl asmens duomenų apsaugos sąlygas).
Norint pakeisti rezervacijos datas, kuo skubiau praneškite el.paštu info@ramiau.lt bei nurodykite rezervacijos patvirtinimo kodą. Likus mažiau nei 14 dienų, rezervacijos atšaukti negalima ir pinigai nėra grąžinami, tai yra esminė rezervacijos taisyklių sąlyga. Iš anksto pranešus vietoj Jūsų gali atvykti kiti žmonės, kurie privalo būti supažindinti su mūsų taisyklėmis ir jų laikytis. Atvykimo dieną keisti atvykstančių jau negalima.
Likus daugiau nei 7 dienų iki rezervacijos pradžios, galimas datų pakeitimas. Jums suteikiamas kodas, su kuriuo 3 mėnesių bėgyje galima išnaudoti sumokėtą sumą kitai datai. Atliekant naują rezervaciją, galioja tokios sąlygos ir kainos, kokios nurodytos naujai atliekamos rezervacijos metu.
OFŪRO NAUDOJIMO TAISYKLĖS
*Naudojimo instrukcijas rasite namelyje bei gausite jas video formatu po rezervacijos patvirtinimo į Jūsų nurodyta el. paštą.
Negalima spausti mygtukų ant ofūro vonios, kol vanduo pilnai neapsėmė purkštukų.
Negalima išleisti vandens, kol krosnelėje dega atvira ugnis.
Lauke esant temperatūrai žemiau nulio laipsnių (0), negalima palikti vandens ofūro vonioje ir krosnelėje.
Prie namuko lauko durų yra pakabintas lauko temperatūros termometras. NEGALIMA PALIKTI OFŪRO VONIOJE IR
PEČIUJE VANDENS PER NAKTĮ ; IŠLEISTI BAIGUS NAUDOTIS.
Vandenį išleisti būtina vadovaujantis pagal nurodytas instrukcijas esančias namelyje ir gauta video medžiaga.
To nepadarius, galite sugadinti ofūro vonią bei krosnelę. Pažeidus šiuos įrenginius, paslaugos tiekėjas pasilieka teisią išsireikalauti baudos nustatytai žalai atlyginti.
POILSIAUTOJAI PRIVALO:
Susipažinti su saugaus elgesio, priešgaisrinės saugos, vidaus tvarkos taisyklėmis, ofūro naudojimo bei tinklo naudojimo taisyklėmis.
Kambaryje esančią krosnelę kūrenti tik susipažinus su naudojimosi taisyklėmis ir nepalikti jos be priežiūros.
Malkas, pakūras laikyti tik tam skirtoje dėtuvėje, toliau nuo krosnelės. Nedėti jokių daiktų ant krosnelės ir arti jos.
Užtikrinti bei prižiūrėti, jog užuolaidos nesiliestų su krosnele, ar būtų per arti nuo jos skleidžiančios kaitros.
Nekūrenti krosnelės buitinėmis atliekomis.
Laikytis saugaus atstumo nuo įkaitusios krosnelės.
Atidarant krosnelę, naudoti tam skirtą karščiui atsparę pirštinę.
ATSARGIAI - visa krosnelė bei kaminas būna karšti - NESILIESTI.
Taupiai naudoti vandenį ir elektros energiją.
Išvykstant namelį ir teritoriją palikti tvarkingą.
Naudotis elektros prietaisais, laikantis saugumo reikalavimų.
Nepalikti be priežiūros įjungtų elektros prietaisų.
Prieš išvykstant iš sodybos, užrakinti namuką bei palikti raktus tampaskirtoje vietoje.
DRAUDŽIAMA:
Namelio viduje rūkyti; bet kokio tipo cigaretes (vape, e-cigaretes, IQOS ir kitokio pobūdžio rūkalus).
Lauke naudoti kambariuose esančias antklodes ir kitą vidaus inventorių.
Laužyti medelius, trypti gėlynus, šiukšlinti ar kitaip niokoti teritoriją.
Atsivežti ir laikyti gyvūnus.
Atsivežti žvakių ir jas deginti.
Atsivežti ir naudoti bet kokius šaunamuosius ginklus, fejerverkus ar petardas.
Pernešti, stumdyti baldus bei keisti namelyje esančių daiktų ir prietaisų vietą.
Poilsiautojai visiškai materialiai atsako už sugadintą ar sunaikintą namelyje ir jo teritorijoje esantį kilnojamąjį ir nekilnojamąjį turtą, bei materialines vertybes (už padarytą materialinę žalą klientas atsako LR įstatymų nustatyta tvarka).
Už galimus nelaimingus atsitikimus, galinčius įvykti namelyje ar jo teritorijoje ar už jos ribų (namo viduje, terasoje, vaikščiojimo takuose, miške, kieme, ofūro vonioje, ir t.t.) yra atsakingi patys poilsiautojai.
PRIEŠGAISRINĖS IR SAUGAUS ELGESIO TAISYKLĖS
Griežtai draudžiama kurti, deginti laužus, ar bet kokio pobūdžio atviros ugnies židinius visoje teritorijoje.
Naudojantis griliumi ar krosnele, privaloma prižiūrėti ugnį, nepalikti atviros ugnies be priežiūros. Nejudinkite griliaus iš vietos.
Nenaudokite skėčio virš griliaus atviros liepsnos.
Nedėti jokių daiktų ant krosnelės ir arti jos.
Užtikrinti bei prižiūrėti, jog užuolaidos nesiliestų su krosnele, ar nebūtų per arti nuo jos skleidžiančios kaitros.
Tiek laiptai, tiek terasa gali būti slidūs, vaikščiokite atsargiai (ypač žiemos, rudens laikotarpiu).
Namo terasoje nelipti ir nesėdėti ant terasos turėklų.
Nešokinėti į ofūro vonią.
Draudžiama šokinėti ant tinklo, lipti ant jo su aštriais įrankiais ar kitais daiktais, kurie galėtų pažeisti tinklą, lipti ant tinklo su bet kokia avalyne. Naudodamiesi tinklu, už nelaimingus atsitikimus atsakingi patys poilsiautojai.
Netriukšmaukite. Garsas čia sklinda itin lengvai, labai prašome gerbti visų privatumą ir ramybę.
POILSIAUTOJŲ ATSAKOMYBĖ:
Už galimus nelaimingus atsitikimus, galinčius įvykti namelyje ar jo teritorijoje ar už jos ribų (namo viduje, terasoje, vaikščiojimo takuose,miške, kieme, ofūro vonioje, ir t.t.) yra atsakingi patys poilsiautojai. Svečiui susižalojus pačiam arba sužalojus savo turtą dėl savo pačio kaltės,pažeidžiant saugaus elgesio, priešgaisrines ir vidaus tvarkos taisykles, paslaugos teikėjas už tai neatsako.
Už kitus galimus nelaimingus atsitikimus, galinčius įvykti namelio viduje, terasoje, vaikščiojimo takuose, miške, kieme, ofūro vonioje yra atsakingi patys poilsiaujantieji.
VAIZDO KAMEROS
Teritorija yra stebima vaizdo kameromis.
Šios taisyklės sukurtos tam, kad būtų užtikrinta tvarka, siekiant maksimaliai apsaugoti Jus ir išvengti nemalonių nesusipratimų bei skaudžių pasekmių.

Arrival time from 3 PM. Departure time until 11 AM.
Reservations can only be made by adults. Children are also welcome guests if they arrive with an adult.
For guests not staying at the agreed rental time, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
The number of guests cannot exceed 2 adults. If a larger number of people arrive or animals are brought, the stay can be terminated, and money paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
INSIDE THE HOUSE, GUESTS CAN USE:
Bedroom area: king-size bed, along with a huge windowsill on which you can sit, lie down, read.
Kitchen area: bar table with chairs, hob, microwave oven with grill function, refrigerator, coffee machine (coffee included in the overnight price), tea, kettle, plates, bowls, frying pan, pots, utensils, cups, glasses, flutes (for wine and champagne).
Bathroom: heated floors, electric towel rail, standing shower, sink, toilet, towels, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, aromatic candles.
Living room: sofa bed, television (smart-tv) with Chromecast and AirPlay.
Amenities: air conditioner-heat pump, recuperator, stove-fireplace (*firewood included in the overnight price).
IN THE TERRITORY OF THE HOUSE, GUESTS CAN USE:
Terrace with outdoor furniture.
Ofuro bath (*briquettes included in the overnight price).
A large umbrella for protection against rain, snow and sun.
A catamaran net stretched three meters high.
Grill with cast iron grates, grill tools (*firewood included in the overnight price).
Walking around the territory.
RESERVATION COMPLETION RULES
By paying for the reservation, you confirm that you are of legal age, have read and agree to our internal rules. Without payment and confirmation of the rules, reservations cannot be made.
The service is provided to both individuals and legal entities. In case of an error in the reservation system, which results in the service being unavailable or its price being unreasonably low or high, the reservation will be canceled, and the money paid will be refunded.
By reserving, you agree that your personal data will be used to complete the reservation process (according to the conditions of the 1997-09-28 contract on personal data protection).
To change the reservation dates, please inform us as soon as possible by email at info@ramiau.lt and provide the reservation confirmation code. If there are less than 14 days remaining, the reservation cannot be canceled, and the money is non-refundable, which is an essential condition of the reservation policy. If you notify us in advance, other people may arrive in your place, but they must be familiar with and adhere to our rules. It is not possible to change arriving guests on the day of arrival.
If there are more than 7 days left until the start of the reservation, date changes are possible. You will be provided with a code that allows you to use the paid amount for another date within 3 months. When making a new reservation, the conditions and prices specified at the time of the new reservation apply.
OFURO BATH USAGE RULES
*You will find instructions in the house and in video format after confirming the reservation to your specified email.
Do not press buttons on the ofuro bath until the water has fully covered the nozzles.
Do not drain water while there is an open fire in the stove.
When the outdoor temperature is below zero degrees (0), do not leave water in the ofuro bath and stove. There is an outdoor temperature thermometer hanging by the cottage's outdoor doors. DO NOT LEAVE WATER OVERNIGHT; DRAIN AFTER USE
Water must be drained following the instructions provided in the house and received video material.
Failure to do so may damage the ofuro bath and stove. In case of damage to these devices, the service provider reserves the right to demand a penalty for compensation of the established damage.
GUESTS MUST:
Familiarize themselves with the rules for safe behavior, fire safety, internal order, ofuro use, and net use.
Light the stove in the room only after familiarizing yourself with the usage rules and do not leave it unattended.
Keep wood and kindling only in the designated container, away from the stove. Do not place any items on or near the stove.
Ensure and supervise that the curtains do not touch the stove or are too close to the heat it emits.
Do not burn domestic waste in the stove.
Maintain a safe distance from the heated stove.
When opening the stove, use the designated heat-resistant glove.
CAREFUL - the entire stove and chimney are hot - DO NOT TOUCH.
Use water and electricity sparingly.
Use electrical devices following safety requirements.
Do not leave electrical devices unattended when turned on.
Before leaving the homestead, lock the house and leave the keys in the designated place.
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
To smoke inside the house; any type of cigarettes (vape, e-cigarettes, IQOS, etc.).
Outside to use indoor blankets and other interior inventory.
To break trees, trample flower beds, litter, or otherwise damage the territory.
To bring and keep animals.
To bring candles and burn them.
To bring and use any firearms, fireworks, or firecrackers.
To move, push furniture, or change the place of items and devices inside the cottage.
Guests are fully materially responsible for any damage or destruction to any property and material values on the house’s premises (the customer is responsible for the material damage according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania).
For possible accidents that may occur inside the house or its territory or beyond (inside the house, on the terrace, on walking paths in the forest, in the yard, in the ofuro bath, etc.), the guests are responsible themselves.
FIRE SAFETY AND SAFE BEHAVIOR RULES
It is strictly forbidden to create, burn campfires, or any kind of open fire throughout the territory.
When using a grill or stove, you must supervise the fire, do not leave an open fire unattended. Do not move the grill from its place.
Do not use the umbrella over the grill's open flame.
Do not place any items on or near the stove.
Ensure and supervise that the curtains do not touch the stove or are too close to the heat it emits.
Both stairs and the terrace can be slippery, so walk carefully (especially during the winter).
Do not climb or sit on the terrace railings.
Do not jump into the ofuro bath.
It is forbidden to jump on the net, climb on it with sharp tools or other items that could damage the net, climb on the net with any footwear. When using the net, guests are responsible for any accidents.
Do not make noise. Sound travels very easily here, please respect everyone's privacy and peace.
For possible accidents that may occur inside the house or its territory or beyond (inside the house, on the terrace, on walking paths in the forest, in the yard, in the ofuro bath, etc.), the guests are responsible themselves. If a guest injures themselves or their property due to their own fault, violating safe behavior, fire safety, and internal order rules, the service provider is not responsible.
For other possible accidents that may occur inside the house, on the terrace, on walking paths, in the forest, in the yard, in the ofuro bath, the guests are responsible themselves.
CCTV Monitoring
The area is monitored by video cameras.
These rules are created to ensure order, aiming to protect you maximally and avoid unpleasant misunderstandings and painful consequences.
